soundscapes dj line« is a music series taking place regularly in the “Kombüse”, just around the corner from the theatre. As in previous editions, Leszek and Herbst are once again presenting a special festival edition as part of ‘DIGITHALIA’.
»soundscapes dj line« seeks beauty amid noise, errors and interference – complex soundscapes emerge from audio recordings. Analogue video technology is combined with modular synthesizers. With changing guests, the series creates unique evenings that invite you to explore sound and image in an immersive setting.
In March, “soundscapes dj line” welcomes multimedia artist Adina Camhy. Her music, which blends influences from noise, ambient, drone, and industrial with field recordings in live improvisations, is frequently featured in performances (with Michikazu Matsune, Navaridas Deutinger), films (Total Refusal), and regularly appears at festivals such as the Vienna Festival, Impulstanz, and the Berlinale.
