Unique theater experiences featuring virtual and analog protagonists: At DIGITHALIA, international productions demonstrate how new technologies consistently lead to new narrative approaches. From complex image machines to immersive radio plays, the program invites you to experience new worlds and ask questions: What kind of people do machines dream of? What stories do their virtual bodies tell? And where does humanity fit in as our lives become increasingly digitized?

Recherchen & Experimente
The Konsole at Schauspielhaus Graz provides a stage for artistic research. Residencies and networking projects give rise to sketches and experiments, exploring new possibilities for digital media in theater. At DIGITHALIA, three new sketches will be presented in lectures and installations, offering visitors the opportunity to experience and try them out throughout the festival.
